We developed this scheme for family homes as part of a framework relationship with Homegroup on the site of a former community hall in Coley Park, Reading. The unassuming site typifies the difficulties of developing brownfield sites. It included a public right of way; major foul and surface water sewers that required diversion as well as issues relating to the water meadows, mature trees etc. All of the units have been designed to meet Lifetime Homes plus a wheel chair accessible bungalow. The scheme achieved CfSH Level 4 using traditional construction methods, EST Enhanced Construction Details with MVHR and solar water heating.
